Eye Yoga?

 I don't know about you but with all the work I do on my computer, bead work, reading, etc., etc., eye strain becomes a problem for me.

 I came across a great article about "Eye Yoga"
and decide to give it a try.

 It seemed kind of strange at first but relaxing at the same time.

Worth a try.............
